How to Install ekiga software package in Debian 7 (Wheezy)

ekiga software package provides H.323 and SIP compatible VoIP client, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install ekiga 

ekiga is installed in your system.

Make ensure the ekiga package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ekiga *

You will get with ekiga package name, version, architecture and description in a table
